We hope you all had a productive week and a relaxing weekend. We made great progress validating all the shipping addresses and surveys.

We want to say a big thank you to everyone that has been supportive in helping us finalise all the addresses through BACKER KIT. If you selected to add another order on backer kit, we will ship them both to you.

As promised, today all the bulk orders are ready for the shipping company to pick up in the next 48 hours. We are really excited and can’t wait for you to experience CLIK +

These are the next steps:

• Couriers will start picking orders up from today 6th/08/2018
• We will then give them 5 working days to provide us with all tracking numbers which will then be uploaded to backer kit. You will also get an email.

If you don’t receive your tracking number when they start delivering, please be patient as we may still be waiting to receive it from the couriers.

CLIK + translation system:

We are excited to announce that Mymanu translate 1.4 for CLIK + is now available on IOS. If you already have your CLIK + you can now update the App. Android version will be released in the next coming weeks.

Use your Mymanu ID to login: Your Mymanu ID allows you to use one email address and password to access all Mymanu software  so you can login to Mymanu Play and Mymanu Translate without creating a new account. We will be back again next week with an update on shipping. Until then,

Locking surveys to start shipping.

Hello Manu’s,

We are back again with another update as promised last week. Thank you all very much for reconfirming your addresses and phone numbers via BACKER KIT as requested.

These are the next steps:

•  We will be locking all your completed surveys down in the next 48 hours and start reviewing and printing labels . We will need at least 5 working days to complete this which will bring us to the 3th of August as promised. If we found any problem with your details, we will contact you so make sure you have added [email protected] to your email contact. This will prevent our email ending up in the spam folder.
  
• We expect the shipping couriers to start picking your rewards up from the Monday the 5th August.
  
• We will then give them 5 working days to provide us with all tracking numbers which will then be uploaded to backer kit. You will also get an email with it.

If you don’t receive your tracking number when they start delivering, please be patient as we may still be waiting to receive it from the couriers.

Mymanu translate:

We are excited to say we will be releasing the first CLIK + version this week on IOS which will bring the total languages to 37. Android version will follow : )

New languages:

• Czech • Greek • Hebrew • Hungarian • Romanian • Slovak • Thai • Turkish • Indonesian • Malaysian

Confirm your shipping address and phone number.

We hope you are all well. Since our recent update, all recent shipments have gone smoothly with just a few border control queries for some countries.

As promised, we are now going to attempt our bulk drop ship to all remaining backers and we need your support to reconfirm all addresses and phone numbers.

NOTE: We use Backerkit for shipping, so you only need to update your address on Backer kit not on Indiegogo.

Follow these steps:

• Click on this link: 👉 https://mymanuclik-ks.backerkit.com
  
• Enter your email address as used on Indiegogo and follow the steps to double check and confirm your postal address and phone numbers are right.

Next step:

• We will give everyone up until the end of the week to verify and complete their address which brings us to 27th of July 2018.
  
• Completed survey will then be locked to enable us to start verifying and printing shipping labels. We will need at least 5 working days to do all this which will bring us to be 3rd August 2018.
  
• Couriers will then start picking the packages to start delivery. We expect to get tracking information after 48hours of pick up from our warehouse to enable us to forward them to you.

We will be back again on Monday with more exciting update.

Successful pre-launch in Shanghai – on-going shipment

I hope you are all well. Last month we exhibited Mymanu Clik+ at CES Asia.

 People were so excited about the product they queued to our stand during the 3 days.

It was quite incredible. Great feedback from the visitors! They loved the sleek design, the pristine sound quality and ... of course the translation straight into their ears.

Mymanu Translate

Our developers have also been busy working on Mymanu Translate App. Few updates have been released on Android and ioS. More languages will be released soon. Those who have received their earbuds will also receive their new exclusive link to download Mymanu Translate App so that they can access the translation by tapping their Mymanu Clik+. The Tap & Hold function only works with Mymanu Translate.

We have developed few videos to show you the different functionalities and help you set your CLIK + . The videos will be available from Monday so check the support page.

Shipment:

The manufacturing is going really well and new earbuds are being shipped on a daily basis. If you have not received yours yet, it will be dispatched very soon. We are preparing to a big ship out by the end of the month since the border control authorities have been provided with all the product information and all recent shipments have gone smoothly so rest assured you will soon receive your amazing earbuds
